Starting in 2011 Eli Crum found his calling in the world of welding and fabrication by attending Missouri Welding Institute. Over the years, while continuing to grasp an increasing interest in the industry, Eli traveled the states to expand his knowledge to other realms of fabrication. He has worked in all different industries to include food grade facilities, oil refineries, chemical plants and many other industrial facilities as a pipe welder and pipe fitter. In 2021 he moved his family to Kentucky to work in the demil industry, until deciding to start his own company- thus beginning the development of ETC Welding.
